Tom Gamble is Executive Director Comms, Publishing & Operations at the Council on Business & Society (CoBS), an alliance of leading schools of business and management throughout the world dedicated to educating tomorrow's responsible leaders.

Within this role, he ensures the weekly publication via CoBS Insights of articles based on the research of leading faculty in the fields of CSR, social enterprise, responsible management and leadership, sustainability, green finance, diversity, ethics and responsible business practices.

He also ensures the design, development and roll out in liaison with member school reps of the CoBS quarterly magazine Global Voice and publications under the imprint CoBS Publishing.

And finally, he runs and coordinates a yearly international student CSR article competition.

If you're an entrepreneur, manager, leader, instructor, trainer, policy-maker, student or a believer in business for the common good, then the CoBS will help you perceive, project and put it all into practice.

Global Voice magazine: The collection

This winter edition of Global Voice magazine consecrates its front cover, cartoon, and Editorial to a look back at the Triple Bottom Line and its 3 Ps of People, Planet, and Profit. How has it been used – and maybe misused? And how might it evolve into something different in the future? Global Voice #28 is also 97 pages, 27 contributors from CoBS member schools plus guests, and 15 articles in 2 sections: Leadership & Management and Business, Society, Planet. Subjects cover CSR development in firms, responsible Japanese management approaches, the role of confidence and the Chief Marketing Officer, dating apps and employee motivation, people analytics, impact investing, business ethics, intergenerational collaboration, green supply chains, and the effects of climate change on child rights in Kenya.

The latest autumn 2023 issue Global Voice #27 of the Council on Business & Society’s quarterly magazine brings together 34 faculty and practitioner contributors with 95 pages of research-based insights on solidarity fintech, the impact of AI on jobs, sustainability, workplace psychology, the minimum global tax, CSR, ESG, consumer habits and sustainable clothing, and a lower-carbon economy, among others.
